Hired a bouncy castle from this company 7th June and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for bouncy castle packages for a party. Firstly, ease of booking and communication was fantastic from the very beginning - I dont think Ive experienced such a smooth organisation and transaction when it comes to parties before (4 kids and my eldest is 13 so you can imagine the amount of parties weve done). Prices more than reasonable, quick efficient delivery and very kind, professional and personable staff delivering the castle. I know where Ill be coming for future parties. Thank you so much for such efficient, professional and timely service. Will be recommending to my friends in future.

Hello Janet Just a HUGE thank you for the bouncy castle and slide on Friday! Set up and set down was slick (what a great team you have) and the kids at the fayre had an awesome time. I hope we tired them out for the parents!

The only company I will use moving forward and recommend. We had our previous booking cancelled with another bouncy castle company. Used Bournemouth Bouncy Castles at the weekend after an enquiry last minute. They did all they could to help and were with us within the hour! Cannot recommend them enough, super efficient, friendly service, reasonable prices. Thank you for saving my nieces party!

We hired their Bouncy house for my son’s birthday party. They were easy to communicate with. They were prompt on timing and the children had an amazing time. Castle was also clean with the relevant test shown on the castle.

Hire your bouncy castle from these guys. Great service from the first call to the last hire day. We hired 2x different bouncy castles with slides for 3 consecutive days and the team at Bournemouth Bouncy Castles were extremely polite. They cleaned the entire unit on arrival and departure, they were professional and well presented. Fantastic customer service from the back office and front of house. Top quality Bouncy units. Thank you, we will come back!

great service at very short notice. went above and beyond at my grandsons birthday party. i was given wrong height for hall ceiling so bouncy castle didnt fit but the guy went n got a smaller castle. great price too
